Job Title : Datastage consultant

Skills & Experience
- 4+ year of DataStage Development Experience.
- Understanding of DataStage 8.1 and 7.x system architecture Essentials (Server or Enterprise Edition) concepts.
- Strong knowledge of DataStage parallel and server jobs. Should be able to develop the jobs and fix the defects independently.
- ETL solution design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of UNIX basic commands and should be able to write shell script.
- Knowledge on defect tracking tool. Mercury Quality Centre will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on basic routines will be added advantage.
- Exposure to Autosys scheduler will be added advantage.
Job Description
- ETL Datastage development including Jobs, Sequences, Routines and defect fixing and enhancements of ETL Batch.
- ETL Application Deployment
- Support existing deployed ETL Jobs in production. Analyze and fix issues.
