Job Description
• Provide support for key and non-key services as per the agreed timeline.
• Incident analysis & resolution
• Ensuring incidents are resolved within defined SLA’s,
• Problem analysis & resolution
• Change analysis & implementation
• Timely escalation to BT (issues, risks etc)
• Adhering to ITIL processes.
• Adhering to the Security Policy.
• Controlling and managing all information relating to the project via internal quality systems and procedures.
• Providing inputs for service improvements.
• Acquiring essential knowledge regarding major releases from the development team.
